The picture made the room look much bigger than it actually was. The room is actually quite small. It does have good amenities - small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, desk, and TV.

We have stayed in other motels in this chain and this one was very similar to the others in terms of layout and facilities. The slight downsides of the Rotorua one were a feeling that it needed a little TLC to smarten it up a bit. Also at other Bella Vistas it was possible to get change for the washers and dryers but not here - had to go to the local shop.

Needed somewhere to stay close to the hospital and was blown away by how good this place was at such a great price. Is situated on a main road so traffic noise but the room itself was lovely with a comfy bed and very clean. The staff were just so lovely. I’d certainly not hesitate to stay there again.
