The service at this hotel was incredible. I made a huge mistake with my booking (wrong dates) that Expedia refused to help me with, but the staff here were incredibly helpful, especially the manager. They corrected my error, including upgrading my room (since I was already there), providing excellent service that went above and beyond. They know how to run a business and are actually customer focused!

Although the place was great, the decor is dated and dark. Needed to leave light on until I turned the tv on. My bank account was charged once by Expedia and then by the hotel. Thank goodness the hotel saw the mistake and reimbursed my money. This probably needs to be sorted.

Beware, this is not a 4 star hotel. It’s more like a 2.5. The pictures are so nice but the actual hotel is a little run down. Our room has seats that were noticeably stained and run down. There was no daily housekeeping. Someone was going in to empty the trash but left the beds unmade every night. The tiled floors remained dirty and sticky. There is no onsite fitness center, instead they contract with a gym that is a 5 minute drive. You really have to have a car to move around the city. There is no spa, only a pool. You must check out the towels at the front desk. They do have a 24 hour reception and the night manager was very kind. There is no valet parking is free. It’s really run like a higher end motel. They do not enforce the no noise policy after 10pm unless you ask them to. The day we got there two rooms had their doors wide open with the TV on full blast and it was past 10pm they were eating and going from room to room as if they were in their own private home. The breakfast seemed over priced for it being continental only. As long as you don’t book this place thinking you will get a 4 star experience then you can use it for a base for a day or two.
