OK for a 1 night stay.
---- Bathroom was kind of gross: the wooden parts (bottom of doorframe) were rotten/darkened (mold?) the shower curtain rod was rusted, the plumbing from the toilet was covered in a dark substance I didn't dare to identify. I also found (stepped on) a small piece of broken glass on the carpet. One of the 2 towels had large discoloration spots. +++ Bed was comfortable. Room was cheap and conveniently located. The lounge room was comfortable and had TV for my 8yrs old. The free coffee and tea in the kitchen was nice.

The staff member was outstanding. Very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The property is old and requires a lot of work. Overall based on bang for buck, I’d stay again.
