We enjoyed a fabulous view of Lake Rotorua. The hotel is located close to the Polynesian Spa and just 2 short blocks to the principal street of Rotorua. The public rooms and courtyard garden are very attractive. Our room was not new but quite clean and well equipped. Plenty of parking.

Convenient location to the Polynesian Spa. The gym was clean and had good equipment. We enjoyed the restaurant for dinner but walked to a nearby bakery for breakfast.

Air con was weak and very noisy. Room was very small. 3 of us but only 2 cups etc. Only a jug in room. They advertised sky but very limited channels. Game I was told they had on was not available. Bar was never open in 3 nights.

A fantastic find and very luxurious at a great price. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. The room was vlean and very comfortable. Everythingvwas within walking distance - very handy to Eat Street and the Polynesian Spa. My stay in Rotorua was wonderful.

This is our second time at the property! First time was abit of a miss but we defs enjoyed it better this time. In a newer refurbished room which was nice and clean the room ammenties were great would be nice to have robes and Slippers for heading to the pool. The pool was really and warm kids enjoyed it. Overall a nice one night experience will be back for sure for the overall convenience of the hotel and for the nice room and pools.
