This is a great little hotel!! Excellent location was my main factor but it went above and beyond expectations! Rooms are spotless, spacious and very well appointed. Extremely comfortable mattress, ample pillows and the kitchenette has everything you need…plus I cannot get over having a small w/d in the rooms here, so great when you’re here for multiple weeks. Do not miss the excellent French cafe a few doors down for a quick bite and delicious cafe!

Look, everything in Rotorua has a smell. Just have to get used to that part. Despite that, the room was clean and comfortable. Rooms include a kitchen which is nice too if you need it. But there are plenty of restaurants right next to the hotel on “eat street” if you don’t!

Clean room. Room comes with washer and dryer. Air-con is cold enough that we even need to switch to heater in summer, north island. Only hotel has no own parking.
