Rooms could do with attention shower over flowed in and around toilet didn’t seem to drain adequately so floor was wer, clean, comfortable beds. TV & phone seem to have a mind of its own switch on at different times throughout the night.

A little disappointing

Our check in with Mai’s was perfect. The rooms were lacking in kitchen ware and there was not enough coffee / tea etc. In room 134 the extractor in the bathroom didn’t work. No reading lamps. The signs for protecting jewellery in the shower should be more prominent. We were shocked at the breakfast bill.

The family room we first were given was mouldy and musty causing asthma flare. This room/ is not suitable for guests. I had booked a double room but offered the family which i agreed too. However, the staff were very helpful and moved us quickly the next day when requested. The rest of our stay was very comfortable, convienient and staff friendly and helpful.
