Location is great for transport as central station is only 8 minutes walk. Also good for shops and dining options. Standard room is very basic. Breakfast is adequate and staff all friendly. The hotel was very busy weekend we stayed, so everything was long waits for check-in and lifts. Did feel room was over priced for what we got. Also there seemed to be a disconnect between room view booked to what we were located - therefore disappointed with car park view we got!

The hotel is in a very good spot - near to Central Station, shopping areas, port area and many restaurants and bars. There wasn’t really anything to dislike apart from the size of the bath towels - and I’m only little!! 😊 Would definitely stay there again.

Close to Rotterdam Centraal. Easy and walkable to get to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to tram and Metro. Wonderful staff, especially Weam at the reception desk. He went above and beyond to get me checked in early, looked up my membership info and was always so helpful. The location is great. Breakfast could use some diversity, but grateful to have food first thing in the morning,

I selected the hotel bc it was near Rotterdam Central Station. Walking to it gradually looked like a homeless camp. Garbage all over the grounds and area. Stolen bike parts laying around. I thought I was in the wrong place. Inside was reasonably clean but the hotel had nothing to offer. No phone in the room. No safe. No hotel services. Breakfast was mediocre. Had to go to a restaurant to eat breakfast. Here is the real issue….it was not cheap. I’ve stayed at some wonderful places in Rotterdam over the years. This dump was the worse! Do not stay here!!!!!

The hotel location is really nice, surrounded by various restaurants. Also, the transportation is quite convenient. You can find a tram station next to the hotel entrance. Finally, the continental breakfast is great.
