The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had a keypad/code for room entry. They even have a place for little extras that you may need for your room available by self-service or delivery.

The aircon wasn't working because the window was not closing properly. We asked for the air con to be sorted afyer the first night and returned to a room with the window left wide open. After complaining this was sorted. It also wasn't very accessible as there are steps up to the property and the stair lift didn't cover them all or work consistently.

Lækkert og centralt beliggende hotel
Vi havde et virkkeligt find ophold og hotellet er så centralt liggende at det var en fornøjelse. Værelset var lækkert og generelt var vi bare så glade for at have boet på hotellet. jeg kommer bestemt tilbage til Rotterdam og bor på Sonder Rose.
