The room is nice and clean with a great bed but there was no toilet paper and no shower head holder so to shower I had to keep my arm up like the Statue of Liberty

Good: great location, low price, polite and helpful staff Other: the furnishings are very basic, but in the end serve their purpose. Ear plugs will help light sleepers as the soundproofing is not good between rooms or the corridor.

We were hopeful, but it’s not good. No soap in dispenser, one towel, one coffee cup with one instant coffee, no creamer. If you pay the €7 euro for the breakfast, you’re making a mistake. When I went to ask for another instant coffee and cup so my wife could have one, the lady said “you can have that or get one from the machine”. Then, on check out, she wanted to charge me €5 for the coffee!

Close to cathedral
This hotel, although it has seen better days, was nonetheless very clean and comfortable. Excellent location, just around the corner from the cathedral and other attractions. Public car park just across the road.

Hotel was very poor. The room was in a tatty state with plug sockets hanging by the wires, toilet seat broken, bathroom shower cubicle didn't work. Breakfast was very basic (continental style). Although relatively inexpensive it was just as well we only stayed one night!

Well located, great value for money!
Very central hotel, only 1 minute away from Rouen Cathedral. Located in a very quiet street. I was not in Rouen as a tourist but was very happy with the location of the hotel. Basic room, comfortable and clean. The shower was not too powerful but did the job. As I arrived in Rouen on the 14th July (their national holiday), there was nobody at the reception but there was an envelope with my name on and inside there was the key and the code for the door. Really thoughtful!

Good situation near car park and restaurants
First impression is quite basic (no armchair) but all worked well (very hot water 24 hrs). I am parially sighted and need a rollator to walk which had to be folded to go into the small lift - but there is a lift! My various devices need charging and an adaptor plug was provided for the local sockets (which my reader didn't like) but the proprietress went well beyond what one would expect, looking up phone numbers for me and printing them out in large, bold font to help me. My hotel was very quiet at night, unlike my daughter and son-in-law's which was very noisy - and much further from the car park.The sheets and towels were well-laundered and inviting and changed frequently.

Hotel funcional cerca del centro de Ruán ya un muy buen precio. No hay ascensor, por lo que si llevas muchas maletas, pues ser incómodo. El registro bien, fácil y rápido, bien explicado por el encargado. Perfecto para una noche en Ruán
