Excellent hotel in almost all aspects except on return to room after hot few hours touring city room not made up and on request for making up room so I could shower and sleep I was told impossible for at least an hour and I had to wait!!!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were truly lovely—very welcoming and helpful. The only downside was the parking. It was mentioned at booking, but for €19 a night, and given that the hotel isn’t in the city center, it would feel a lot more thoughtful to include it. Most guests driving there will need it anyway. Still, we had a pleasant stay overall.

No hand soap for guests for two days. That’s quite unbelievable. I have never in my long life experienced this. Management shouldn’t let this happen. This isn’t a mom and pop operation, so take some money from M to the store, and buy some soap! Did the staff have soap?

Excellent property, value for money, lovely big rooms with comfortable beds. Bathroom was bit small but overall an excellent hotel. Dinner was delicious, well presented and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Newly converted property (former teacher training college we were told) with useful addition of welcoming area, restaurant terrace (city view) and on site secure parking. Staff casually efficient and competent with good swift service in the restaurant of excellent vfm food. If you feel inclined the bus from on the main road (adjacent) services the main historic Rouen sites.
