If you are sensitive to smells and like to stay at a clean hotel, DO NOT stay here. From the moment you walk into the hotel lobby, it smells musty. We were in town for a convention, so we didn't have a lot of time to spend in the room and it's a good thing. As soon as we took one step into our room, I looked at my wife wide-eyed and asked, "What is that smell"? I asked the guy at the front desk (the staff was exceptional and really helpful) if we could move rooms. He said they had a handful available, so he gave me the key to another room to go check it out. This room smelled worse than the first!!! I went back to the front desk and told him, so he got the key for every available room and took me around the hotel until we found one that didn't stink as bad (it still stunk). Throughout this process, he told me it was a pet friendly hotel and they didn't have specific rooms or floors designated for people without animals. The rooms smelled like a mixture of wet dog, body odor, and musty. As if the smell was not enough, our TV had a grand total of ONE channel that we were able to watch. Also, the breakfast was subpar. By the end of the stay, I was calling it the "Hotel from Hell". The only reason I'm rating it two stars is because the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unless it's your absolute last resort, I would not waste your time or money at this hotel because you'll probably have a doctor's bill later for a sinus infection.

Terrrible. I had an emergency and needed to modify my reservation (postpone by a week). I contacted them and they said no, even after explaining the emergency. They charged me without stay. Will never book here again. Run!!!

The first room we checked into smelled like smoke/cigarettes. The second room we checked into had a moppy water smell to it. But we didn't request another room since we were only staying 1 night. I noticed the smell seemed to be coming from ac unit. Everytime it turned on, that's when I could really smell it and when it turned off, I didn't smell it all.

Everything about the hotel was very good EXCEPT the funky smell in the hallway and room. The front desk staff were very professional and inviting, breakfast was perfectly fine and overall the hotel was clean and obviously new. The hotel NEEDS to address whatever is causing the smell because it is overwhelming and because of that I would not recommend staying here nor rebook again until it is resolved.

Fun place. Open and fun lobby/bar. Limited front desk support. Nice rooms but the smell of must/mildew permeated it throughout. Several of us had to change rooms. Parking was easy, the area is fun and surrounded by food, coffee shops and fun spots. Pool is nice.

Will stay again if AC fixed.
Window AC was malfunctioning---the fan on the unit was LOUD. Put the unit at 69 and it still did not feel cool enough--was difficult to get comfortable enough to sleep. Very impressed with Fitness Center. Friendly staff upon arrival and departure.

The place is pretty brand new and it's very close to Kalahari resort. It was a very comfortable place to stay and we loved the free breakfast too.

A nice alternative to the Kalahari Resort
I was attending a convention at the nearby Kalahari resort and chose this hotel because it was very close and far less expensive than the Kalahari. This is a relatively new facility and was very nice. Staff is great, and the only issue I encountered was that my first room had a faulty air conditioning unit. It was too cold, and I couldn't turn it off! They moved me to a different room, and all was good.

Great location. A lot of restaurants around within walking distance. Very clean hotel and nice people. Only one thing was horrible ‼️AC in my room. Room smelled moldy and window AC unit was full of water . It was literally bubbling when on .
