Lovely large bed but a tiny bathroom, although if space is limited that is the best way around so suited us fine. Pleasantly surprised to find permit parking available right at the door of the property, although £4.50 for 24 hours just 200 yards or so away was also most acceptable. Very pleasant, easy walk across Jephson Gardens to the town centre. Reasonable walk to Victoria Park for the Bowls England national finals. Generous breakfast. A great find.

Chose this because of proximity to Jephson gardens where we attended a family wedding and we were not disappointed. Martha made us very welcome and arranged a parking permit for us. Highly recommend
