Decent hotel & good value for the price we paid. Dinner was mediocre. Breakfast excellent. In common with far too many small hotels wish they would upgrade to having proper Smart TVs.

A fabulous hotel in the heart of Tunbridge Wells - our room was huge and beautifully decorated. Parking on site was a bonus. We didn’t have a chance to visit the bar or restaurant but it smelt and looked amazing! We’ll be back!

Good hotel very good staff BUT like a lot of older Hotels no A/C there was a fan in the room but windows didn’t open enough to make a difference so room was like a oven stupid health and safety but would recommend the hotel

The water in the shower was too hot and could not be adjusted enough. The taps in the sink did not allow enough room to rinse one's hands easily. When the bar closed in the evening, we had to move to another part of the lounge area. The receptionist was extremely helpful in giving us a lift to the station so that we could catch our train. The breakfast was excellent.
