Room was abit run down
The front entrance and bar area looks stunning, clean, tidy and modern. Our room not to much. Carpet was tatty and torn leaving the carpet gripper exposed which i caught my foot on. Bathroom was a little dated, and furniture is mismatched and some of it was plastic Superking bed was just 2 beds put together Room just didnt seem to match the look of the main area.

On advert they advertise bathrooms in upstairs rooms are disability friendly but there is no lift to these rooms! Misleading! Downstairs rooms have showers over bath so NOT disability friendly. Not very well thought through!

Noise in the corridor which came and went from behind a fire door. Think it's banging pipework. Damage on wall in the bathroom. Really hot, stuffy room. Car park really badly lit. Bed was comfortable.

Just Average.
Room was a little tired looking. Side tables were scratched with paint removed. No light switches by the bedside meaning 4 lamps and the entrance porch light had to be switched individually. Kettle was full size and very awkwardly fit under the sink tap. Shower pressure was very low. Internet WiFi signal extremely weak. Maybe this was specific to the room. Just an average stay nothing special.
