I normally don’t complain a lot but this hotel stay was horrible. When I arrived I found bugs in my room. The bugs were crawling all on the wall, floor, and bed. The room didn’t have enough towels. When I addressed my concerns to the manager she told me that I can just get out and denied them having bugs even after I showed her the pictures. This hotel will not be on my list of places to stay in the future and I would not recommend it to my dog.

The staff was very nice. However, the condition of the room was below expectations. The main part of the room had dirt and mold across the ceiling, which was falling onto the beds. The bathroom had mold across the ceiling and in the shower. The walls in both areas had stuff splattered across them. I cut my trip short and checked out a day early, as I could not bring myself to stay a second night. We had arrived late, and no other hotels were available.

Not my favorite hotel in Ruston, but the only available on short notice. Room had a musty odor and felt damp all night, even with then AC running. Breakfast was very limited and cold at 8:15am.

Walked into the room and the sheets were moist, the floor was sticky, there was an empty toilet paper roll on the tp holder, and there was a sunflower seed on the floor by the bed.

The check in was smooth and the desk clerk was professional and friendly. The room was nicely cleaned. On the negative side, the hotel felt humid all over inside. The HVAC unit in our room smellled very musty and the sink drain had a strong mold odor.
