A pleasant stay
Property amenities are amazing, perfect for groups, families or couples retreat. Spacious, modern and comfortable. Communication was a bit hit and miss - would have expected check in details to be provided 24-48hrs beforehand; the contact number provided was a 1300/1800 or a mobile which I didn't receive responses to; was advised firewood would not be provided for a Summer stay so we purchased firewood however there was plenty on the property etc. The rules on this property are very strict i.e. "no clapping allowed" and a bit excessive. We were advised to leave the property as we found it but the freezer was filled with food (uncovered patties in a plastic bag; opened sheets of pastry; tubs of ice cream etc.) from either the owner or previous visitors which contributed to our own rubbish. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the property but for the price, we certainly expected it much cleaner with more reasonable rules.
Stayed 3 nights in Dec 2020
