This was the nicest staff I have met anywhere. Everyone was so helpful and understanding. They were so friendly and helpful. This includes the front office, housekeepers, and restaurant. I felt safe on the premises and appreciated that all questions were welcomed. I felt I formed when they assisted me with tours and opportunities. I was also able to enjoy a lovely view from my balcony of the garden and children’s park. I walked to the main square, Jewish section, and meeting points for my tours from this convenient location. This is a great hotel for women, families, and solo travelers.

We chose this apartment for our recent stay in Krakow. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of by the staff. We were greeted with wine and chocolate in the room, breakfast each morning was amazing, and on the last day they even packed breakfast to go for our flight. The apartment was gorgeous and the perfect respite after long sightseeing days. On our final night, we ate in the restaurant and quite possible it was the best meal I've had in years. From the caviar to the deer filet and dessert, every bite was exquisite. A huge thank you to Viktor and Olivia for taking such good care of us. We can't wait to return!

Amazing hotel, beautiful and large room, and a perfect location. Breakfast was excellent.

Good location next to old square. Room spacious and clean. Beds a bit hard. Bathroom very nice. Tea making facilities including milk. Drinks in reception area. Breakfast basic continental. Staff helpful at sorting restaurant bookings and taxis etc

I specifically paid for a two level upgrade room as the base level ones looked gloomy. I was shocked to find out that my allocated room did not have any proper windows just some small skylights. Thus it was like sitting in a dungeon peering up at a small patch of sky.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious. This is the perfect boutique hotel for couples looking to explore Kraków’s Old Town. Location is perfect!
