I booked this hotel after filtering hotels that are “pet friendly “ I booked a room assuming as this hotel showed up as pet friendly I could stay there with my SERVICE DOG! Once arrived to the hotel they told me that I can only stay with my service dog if I upgrade myself to a villa (from a regular room). Since I had no other option after a very long flight and free cancellation time of this booking has passed, I paid them the extra 30,000 baht for upgrading to the villa. This is very disappointing as I counted on Hotels.com to know about it and not to show my room/hotels that are not pet friendly after I clearly searched for it.

This is a great property to spend a holiday without the noise and the busy crowds of Patong. However, the very same location is the reason for inconvenience since you have to travel atleast an hour to get anywhere significant in Phuket. But the amenities in the resort were wonderful and we had a great time. Staff was very responsive and helpful. The busy beach area around the resort was a turn off and it made the area look dirty. Overall, the resort was good but you need to plan travel to your destination well ahead to make your stay better.

This property was perfect from the moment. I stepped onto the property, talking to the receptionist at the front desk to the moment that I left to leave to go to the airport the food, the room, the pool the people I felt so safe. I loved this resort. It was my first visit, five nights, and I will definitely return. My only regret was over-booking activities and not having enough downtime to fully enjoy the resort. I won’t make that mistake next time. The amenities were great. The food was great and the location was great. I loved the art and creativity in the main lobby and the gardens were fantastic. The pancake artists in the breakfast dining room were incredible. Everyone was so polite and service oriented. My only suggestion: maybe tone down the music in the bars/lounges and make it a bit softer.

Everything about this property is wonderful. My family spent a week here over the holidays and could not have had a better time. The property itself is flawless, with very attentive staff, lots of amenities, and even compelling youth activities (not just coloring/crafts). The location across the street from a magnificent beach is very ideal as you can hit the sand and return to a different world inside the property. The dining options were all very good. The excursions you can book through the hotel are wonderful, and very professionally run. We definitely look to return to this property in the future!

Lovely hotel with great facilities. The experience centre has lots of things to do for kids and adults alike and some private pools for adults only. Amazing views by the pool. Outside the hotel round the back was entrance to a beach with lots more restaurants that provide food for Thai and Italian etc my only grumble was that the toilets in the rooms smelt bad - there were drains in the corner that I suspect had outflow to sewers.

So helpful and comfortable

I missed a connection at the airport so ended up here for a one night stay and I’m so glad I did. I came into town with food poisoning and had to go to the hospital in the middle of the night. The staff told me where to go and the hotel taxi driver waited for me there - a 4 hour ordeal! I was on the mend the next day and was so impressed as I walked around the grounds and enjoyed the pool area before I had to leave. So close to the beach and all the vendors there. For a close 5 star find to the airport, cannot recommend enough!
