I paid to stay for 2 nights. Upon arrival you have to call the hotel, and you will receive then a code to open the key-holder, so you can get in. Upon arrival in the room, it turned out there was no working wifi. The lady whom I called suggested I to stand in front of other rooms to check whether it worked there. This was not the case, so no free wifi. The TV did not work. The toilet bowl was brownish. The water that came out of the tap and the shower was brown, only to turn normal after a while. Waste baskets were not emptied. Obviously the room had not been checked before I arrived. Maybe it was cleaned a few weeks back. After dinner I decided to stay with friends rather than in this room; I informed the hotel via the Expedia message service used before to contact them. The next day the manager said she was surprised of hese issues, and said she would do her best to get the second night refunded. This was done. But the first night, which I did not use, was not reimbursed.
It was my second time using this hotel, but clearly also the last time.
