Hotel con encanto, toda una sorpresa
Queriamos un hotel en Ubeda-Baeza, y nos encontramos con Las Manillas, en Sabiote. Todo un descubrimiento. A un tiro de piedra de las anteriores, pero más tranquilo. El hotel en un palacio restaurado, realmente el contenido es todo nuevo, el "envoltorio" el de un palacio, como su nombre indica. El pueblo, Sabiote, tambien merece la pena, un patrimonio más que interesante, y como en los pueblos más pequeños, lo mejor es la gente, amable, y siempre predispuesta a la conversación. En el hotel, el personal más que amable, siempre atento a cuaquier pregunta, o sugerencia para conocer el entorno. Las habitaciones, correctas, amplias, un buen baño. El desayuno en un pequeño comedor, acorde al número de habitaciones y con buffet, pero con atención personalizada. En resumen, una opción a tener muy en cuenta a la hora de visitar Ubeda y Baeza, pero con un alojamiento más tranquilo y muy cercano a ambas.
