The staff were extremely friendly and helpful about restaurants in the nearby area. Great shower pressure, which is definitely a plus, the only negative thing I can say is the beds and pillows were old and not very comfortable, they should definitely replace them.

The gentleman checking me out in the morninh was very polite. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Although I didn't talk to the two women attendants at breakfast, they seemed friendly and were being attentive. The was roomy, good amount of pillows but mattress was firmer than I cared for.

We rented a two room suit. One bathroom wasn't usable due a stronger a strong odor. Turned down one bed and found a hairtie in the sheets. Not worth the $200 we paid to stay in a dirty room.

Pet friendly hotels not for everyone.

I know it is a pet friendly hotel, but I don't have a pet and the room and bed sheets smelled like a wet dog. We were at an event and returned back to the room at a very late time, no use in changing rooms.

You know what you are getting with Best Western properties. Standard accommodations, clean, excellent staff from check in right to the maids. Always appreciate the free breakfast! This site had excellent choices from make your own waffles, to oatmeal with all the toppings.

Rude and inexperienced staff. Property and rooms are in poor condition, not to mention unclean. Found several random hairs in the bed and stained sheets.
