This property is in desperate need of re renovation. Interior corridor smelled terrible and looked beat up and worn down. The front desk attendant was pretty rude and unfriendly. This property charges a $100 refundable deposit, which is typical for most hotels. They claim to be pet friendly but charge a $12 non refundable pet fee, per pet, per Day and don't allow dogs at all over 25 pounds. This hotel is not pet friendly. There is no designated area for dogs to pee or poo. The $12 pet fee is a total rip off.

Stains and tears in the couch of the King "Suite" and the water in the spa bath ran brown. The bed and linens were good. An OK pass through place to lay one's head for a night.

The room was dirty and seen a pest, lots of homeless around the area. First night was woken up by the room next door fighting and slamming the door. At least the person cleaning the room made sure we had plenty of towels.

Dog policy not clear on website
I was in town just for one night to see a concert. I brought my dog who is an emotional support animal that is certified by my Kaiser doctor. I was told upon check in that my dog was too large to bring into the room. There was no information on the website regarding the size of the dog, just that the hotel was pet-friendly. I have cancer and I drove several hours to be there. Thankfully I was allowed to stay, but I nearly had a nervous breakdown.

Beautiful rooms, great breakfast is provided, staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Location is good in that it is right off I-5 and necessities (restaurants, grocery stores, etc) are within a 5-10 minute drive but not much is walkable (unless you like Taco Bell which is right next door=). There does seem to be a lot of construction in the vicinity so maybe it is an up & coming area?

Bathroom very small, soap nitch in the wall zero, you have to put the soap in the corner. Air condition has the buttons broken. Breakfast was terrible ! No fruits, no eggs, just waffles coffee bread yogurt Sucks!
