While watching TV in the evening, we kept getting a screen that said "Programming Not Authorized." This message would stay on the screen for ten seconds or more, and then go back to the selected chanel program. This happened on all channels that we tried to watch. My wife counted the interruptions, and stopped counting at 25! I reported the problem to the front desk, but they had no idea how to fix.

My only issue with this property is that it's a three story building and there is no lift. Other then that the room was very comfortable: very good bed & pillows, quiet, plenty of space decent breakfast with good coffee, tea, cereal, almond mill, fruit. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Miguel was Very helpful and respectful

Very odd zoom check-in and outside of hotel pretty low rent looking. But the rooms themselves were nicely remodeled and clean. Bed was hard as a rock but if you like that, this is a great bargain

Surprised that although it is very close to busy traffic on main streets is was quiet. Within walking distance to Black Bear Diner and Mc Donald’s.

Check in was strange with a remote person in a kiosk but it worked and was easy to navigate. The property is t fancy but served our needs. One negative comment - it’s a 3 story hotel with NO ELEVATOR.
