I wish they take care of this place. As soon we walked in first they don’t want us get inside the office . Second bed bugs all over the bed . We canceled the reservation. I’m writing to who’s responsible for cleaning .

When we walked into our rooms it smelled like cigarettes. There was hair in the sink. There were only 2 bath towels for a room of 4 people. The toilet paper was left over from the previous guest and ran out immediately and there were no extras in the room. The blankets had cigarette holes on it. The iron wasn’t not working and I had to borrow the one from my kids room because they were short staff. It seemed like some of the rooms are being used to rent to low income people.

The king and queen suite on the 4th floor was incredibly dirty. The curtains had stains and it looked like they were burnt. The floors look like they have not been cleaned and there were cigarette burns even though I got a non smoking room. There was a hole in the bathroom, the mirrors were dirty and stains all over the bed. You get what you pay for, if your willing to sacrifice price over quality, this is it. The night staff was unfriendly.

Check-in was fine and the room itself was good enough (and actually spacious). But it was difficult to open the door, the floors were dirty, and it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. In addition, there were many transient types loitering and someone actually tried to open the door to my mom and daughter's room in the middle of the night. I would stay here again (it's cheap) by myself but I won't have my family stay here again.

I would never stay here again!! Our room was filthy! Cobwebs, garbage on the floor, bed sheets had cigarette burns on them, toilet paper holder had no bar, toilet paper setting on the back of the toilet It was disgusting and most definitely not worth $200 a night.

When i saw The picture on the site … i said This is decent but the moment i saw The building .. i made The wrong place … i thought Maybe the room is way better…,the moment i saw The room … the sheets has cigarettes burns… the tub is not clean… walls dirty … remote control tv is dirty …the curtains are falling off … the whole place needs help… wall to wall … ceiling … floor … everything … what a horrible room to stay at ….i learn My lesson …. Room was dirty with noticeable stuff(?) on nightstand, phone and walls. Sign said no vacancies but there were only about six cars in the parking lot. Our room was inconveniently located based on all the rooms that looked empty. Breakfast consisted of packaged pastries, apples and Capri Sun juice. Usually Days Inns are much better!
