Stay away! Very outdated, dirty and dingy! Will never stay here again. Staff was nice, however; the hotel is disgusting, which is sad to say for it being a Wyndham property.

First room we were in had drug paraphernalia hidden in the aur conditioning unit. Phone didnt work to contact desk. Second room we got moved to didn't have a smoke detector in it. Never cleaned room while we were there. Tried calling desk. No answer. Would not recommend to anyone.

Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, whether they were smoking or otherwise. The smoking room just had the added bonus of burn marks on the bed cover -- the nonsmoking bed cover was simply stained. (I suspect period blood) The "breakfast" at this place amounts to tepid coffee with powdered creamer and a gas station danish. The key to my room was broken, and two of the four lights were broken. At $100 a night you should be able to expect something better. Hard pass next time!

Lights didn’t work. Outlets would not hold plugs. Window broken and taped up with scotch tape. Carpet falling apart. And housekeeping came at 9am when checkout was 11. She didn’t even knock to verify if we were gone or not. If the lock wasn’t in she would have just came in.

Cockroaches!!! Tv didn’t work, a lot of shady people staying there!! Dirty, paint chipping! I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!!! Deplorable. If I wasn’t there for my uncle’s surgery I would have left!

The room smelled the couch was rip and dirty My room was on the third floor the window was open and had no screens or anything to keep someone falling out bathroom had mold in the tub and no poor water pressure

There were gross stains everywhere, curtains, mattresses. There were burn holes in all of the blankets. Pretty sure there was a bullet hole in one of the rooms walls. We booked 2 rooms and they were both absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms had mold inside the shower. The nonsmoking rooms smelled of smoke. I will never stay here again.

Upon arrival there was no staff to check us in, there was a couple there stating they had been there over 30 minutes waiting. I waiting about 15 minutes before someone came to check us in at this point she had 3 guests waiting. Once i got to my room it was sooo hot. I turned on the small ac and it didnt cool the rook at all. The ac did run and work but the room was big compared tot he small ac. The room took til the next day at check out to actually cool down. Never again.

Don’t stay here!

We booked a room for 5 nights. The front desk woman was awesome and I hate that she has to work there! The first room we were given, the tv was broken. The second room was missing couch cushions and the bathroom door was stuck shut. I can’t imagine if I had been stuck in the bathroom and not able to get out. The bathroom handle just spun around. There was also missing carpet in the doorway where you can step on tack strips. The third room they were going to give me had a broken window, filthy couch cushions and broken tv. All of this within the first 15 minutes of checking in. I got a refund and left to another hotel.
