Would definitely stay here again. Newly renovated King Suite was above and beyond my expectations. Very spacious. Property has restaurants and a bar, plus is located easily off the highway and around shopping and more restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree with my daughter from October 4th for two nights, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Upon check-in, we proceeded to our assigned room, only to find another guest entering from the balcony. This individual was smoking and consuming alcohol, and the room was in disarray, with towels scattered everywhere. The woman claimed to be a staff member, but her attire suggested otherwise. We returned to our car to store our bags and went back to the front desk to report the situation. While the staff apologized and offered us another room (along with a complimentary cookie), our next attempt to settle in was also unsuccessful. Upon arriving at the new room, the key did not work, necessitating another trip to the front desk to resolve the issue. This series of events was incredibly frustrating, and regrettably, I cannot recommend this location based on our experience.

I received excellent customer service. A room was ready for an early check-in. Parking was easy. It was very close to all building entrances. The proximity to restaurants and downtown was great. I will definitely stay again.

First time staying here and I was there for a conference.. it’s Old and ran down, The pool & Hot tub… has been out of service for 2 1/2 months - water pressure in the shower was absolutely horrible - there was mold in the shower - Air conditioner was mediocre, and if it was any hotter outside, the rooms would be miserable. They had quite a few banquets going on Saturday and most of them stopped at 11 so everyone was going to the bar area which sign said closed at 12… well, they closed at 11 And kicked everyone out / there was about 70 to 80 people in the bar that wanted drinks and they wouldn’t stay and serve anyone… that’s just bad management. This property is in desperate need for a remodel update..
