Hotels are so cheap these days. No soap no shampoo no toilet paper. You’d think at $$$ (i’m not allowed to talk about price) a night you’d get something!! I will not be going to any Hilton hotels anymore or embassy suites. I used to love them, not anymore! They do whatever they can to save a penny!!

Pro - great location by the riverfront, and across the street from Old Town. Con - 1. Not enough parking spaces; first come first serve, late arrivals had to park across the street. I spoke to the night manager and he was totally indifferent and unhelpful, like - too bad; 2. People were leaving their garbage in the tiny bins by the elevators, and nobody was picking it up

Dirty room. No pack n play for my kids like I requested. Awful valet service. They were just sitting around while I stood in rain. There was a pincher bug in my towel in bathroom.

Unfortunately from the day I arrive December 24 - December 26 there was lots of noise, on the second floor, even though I was in floor #6, and many of the guest hotel has the same opinion about the noise, because we chat about it.

The remodel is beautiful.Christmas eve a large rowdy group made so much noise we couldnt hear the lobby music or eachother talking.I inquired about security.Manager from Jamaica agreed to discount our 2 night stay.Not sure he even bothered
