I think it’s an area that may experience vandalism from time to time. There were a lot of warning signs in the parking lot. Are room was on the highway side of the hotel so there was noise. Breakfast is what we expected.

The property/rooms are a little outdated (old carpets, can see space under doors in some rooms, has to use tissue paper to cover the peep hole), but overall a really great convenient place to stay (easy check in, next to gas station and Texas Roadhouse - but definitely make a reservation as it’s the only place nearby in walking distance and it always packed). The staff were also very kind and courteous (and special shout out to one of the house/kitchen staff who was the kindest woman to my husband and son).

They were very accommodating when I needed to downsize my room at the last minute. They even helped carry my luggage from my room when all of the carts were taken. One suggestion that I have is to provide a door stop for the restroom so the door can be open if you choose rather than a heavy self closing door. Would stay again.
