Checked in, and was given a handicap room which was fine. But blanket on bed was old and was not warm, asked for a night light and new blanket. Never came. Too dark in room, no night lite could have caused me to fall in an unfimilure room.

The staff was very efficient and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and fresh. The TV glitched ever so often but we didn’t care because we were visiting mostly. Loved that the airport was so close and actually a lovely drive.

There were some people outside the front of the hotel, right under my window talking loudly until late in the night. After an hour of not sleeping because of the noise, I called the front desk to see if the group could be asked to move elsewhere. The noise continued for another hour or so. I had to get up at 4 for my flight, so it was a VERY short night of sleep.

We had dinner in the restaurant and had wonderful service. Very refreshing to have service by someone who likes their job. The front desk person when we checked in was not very friendly. She needs to understand customer service.

It was convenient for the airport. I did not like the fact that when I called for the shuttle from the airport we were informed that we would have to wait which would have taken 45 mins to get to the airport so we took a cab.. This was inconvenient. Transport to the airport the following morning was fine.

I came to a realization that the sheets were not changed— there were several fluid stains on the sheet (on top-side of the mattress and on the side). It looked like something was spilled, so I had to sleep with my daughter in her bed. Other than that, the check in staff and bartender were AMAZINGLY nice!
