Called for a shuttle upon arrival. Was told it was not available but to take an Uber or taxi and they would reimburse me. They did. Suggest their airport shuttle begin earlier than 4 am.

The room had not been restocked with coffee. The vending machines in the hall were out of order. There was complimentary coffee downstairs in the morning, thankfully. However, when i went into the breakfast section to get a free apple a staff member approached me quickly and asked what I was doing, demanded I show her what I had in my hand as if I was stealing it, then backpeddaled after realizing it was free by stately coldly that the other items set out were part of at paid meal. Then she haughtily stated the price. I thanked her for letting me know and said I was only getting the apple and left. It was not what was said it was the way it was said and the body language that made me feel like I was doing something wrong and shouldn't even be there.

It was super close to the airport and that’s why I chose it. The staff was very friendly and nice! That was impressive. Our bathroom and room surfaces weren’t as clean as I’d like but the hotel staff friendliness made up for it. I would more than likely stay there again

This was a wonderful experience for my quick trip to Sacramento. I loved the shuttle service was quick for picking me up from the airport. I wished that I could’ve made reservations for airport pickup in advance rather than having to call when ready for the ride. It still wasn’t a big deal since it’s close to the airport. I’d come back again in the future.
