Would stay again.

Jolene on the front desk was awesome. So kind, so friendly, full of recommendations - helped us out when we lost our keys. Able to check-in early. Bed comfy. Shower pressure good. Pool pleasant but be mindful you’re right next to a McDonalds drive-thru. 6-mins drive to Old Sac/Downtown.

This is an older property. Our room overlooked the McDonald's drive thru so we could hear people late into the night. We stayed there and went to an A's game, so it was fine for one night. Lots of unhoused people in the area but the motel was secure. I didn't like that I got a text a few hours before we arrived saying our room was ready. Then when we arrived before 3pm (check in time), the woman at the front desk said there would be a $10 charge to check in early! I said fine because I wasn't going to sit in my car for a hour. Later on in the transaction, she said she would wave the fee.

My ONLY draw back is along the freeway 2 streets away is a large homeless encampment. That is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. The property itself is super clean. I was there with my young daughter and felt safe walking to the Dennys across the street for dinner when I first arrived. Had I seen the flyer in the room I probably would have ordered in from the large section of deliveries available. The photo on the Expedia make it look like this is a small hotel but it is HUGE! The Continental breakfast was more then adequate.

Room was fine. No room service available. We had to ask for coffee and condiments daily. Also had to ask for toilet paper. Toilet seat was very low like made for children. Air conditioner was loud. Otherwise ok.
