I had an awful experience at the Hampton Inn and believe I deserve a refund. 1. My Lexus had its wheel caps stolen overnight in the hotel parking lot, for which I was charged $14. This fee is unjustified as there was clearly no security provided. 2. We had to change rooms three times due to serious issues. Every restroom door was broken, and one room had an AC unit that short-circuited, making us feel unsafe. 3. The rooms and common areas were in terrible condition and poorly maintained. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

First we were surprised by an unexpected charge for parking in an open lot, an option that was not explained when we booked. The bathroom door blocked the entry. The bath towels were by the sink and not the bath tub. We had to get out of the tub to get to the towels. The sink, while fancy, had the spigot in the corner making it impossible to wash our hands without getting water all over the countertop. The room was VERY small. There was nothing about the room that makes it better than Best Western, Holiday Inn or any other similar hotel, which, I would say, DO NOT CHARGE FOR PARKING. The carpet coming out of the elevator on the 3rd floor was dirty. The food was barely eatable. We were very unhappy.

Great stay! Book here you won’t be sorry.
This property was great. There is even Sunday church services. The staff were very friendly and kind. Everyone was very kind and treated guest respectfully like they appreciated you being there! Definitely would come back here. The only issue was that the pool was a little small and the water was warm. Pool is designed more for kids than adults or people who like to swim. Overall, we had a great experience and my autistic son loved the breakfast!

Duplicate charge by Hotel. Not expedias fault
I booked on hotels.com and when I got there they ran my Amex and charged me through the hotel. I noticed right away and thought it was taken care of immediately but the 2nd chat showed up on my account. The next 2 people I spoke with did not have the authorization to credit me for the duplicate charges. Finally confirmed that a manager had issued the credit but it takes 3 to 5 days for it appear on my card they say. So now I have to wait to check if in fact they issued the credit. Such a pain!!!

The only problem was they were unable to provide me with a copy of the receipt. Told me since booked through 3rd party I would receive it from then. A few days and a few phone calls later I received an email copy after I returned home.
