Upon checking in, front desk staff had no record of our reservation. It took over hour talking with Expedia agent, being on hold and the 3rd party booking dipshit to finally check in. A total waste of time and stress!!!! Expedia did nothing in the way of compensating our time and am completely disgusted with the lack of customer service and lack of detail.

The property was well-kept and clean. A parking fee wasn't quoted or mentioned on the Expedia site, but it is $10 a night for your own vehicle. There's a nightly patrol around the parking lot, but that wasn't information disclosed during check-in. Nice surprise.
