I stay at this hotel often, and everything was more or less acceptable. However, this time the room cleaning was terrible. When I checked in, the bathroom floor was covered in hair, the toilet was of poor quality, and the toilet paper holder was barely holding up. I was particularly upset by the presence of other people's hair.

This is the second time we are staying at this hotel. Nice location, close to shops and highways but not busy. Hotel amenities are good. Breakfast is included, just to note that it is bagged breakfast and not the sit-in type. We had a minor issue with bathtub knob and it was addressed to immediately. Overall the stay was good.

This property don’t make the beds with blankets and when we asked to clean the room and got the blankets taken back it was ridiculous then the phone wasn’t working but one of our staff was absolutely amazing
