Maintenance was in my room the full day when I arrived the door was open and broken later that night it was the TV. From 3pm to 9pm maintenance was working in the room not sure if I should pay for that day

The staff was excellent and very helpful. However the room was dirty. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirty and smelled mouldy. The sleeping area and the hallway area smelled bad. It smelled like it used to be a smoking floor, even though it was listed as non smoking. On the positive side; The lobby was clean and bright. I wish the room matched the lobby.

Great stay. I wish I had parked overnight on the street instead of paying 18 in the lot. Bed and room was very modern and comfy. Very nice area of town close to dining and shops. Surprised to find earplugs in room but emergency vehicles made it clear why - thanks staff! Check out the farmers market on Saturday. Really nice kids playground there if you have young ones.

This is a shabby hotel. The elevator door makes a slapping noise when they shut. The refrigerator had leftover food. There was a panty on the carpet openly visible at the end of the table. Also, the cleaning people comes alternate days.

Great place; clean, quiet, spacious, can walk everywhere around the hotel to get what you need. Typical college town, Tons of outstanding local places to eat. Hotel offers nice paid parking garage.
