Solid, OK hotel.

Hotel is just ok. Not really a gym, just a few weights, and 1 treadmill. Pool was smaller than thought, breakfast was ok. Just a solid ok hotel.

Overall our stay was good. The front door was missing the piece on the bottom so the bright lights from the lobby hallway came through the room. We had to put a towel on the floor to ensure the room was dark. Also there were street noise which were very loud. It appears the windows are not double paned. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were great very friendly, accommodating and professional.

Unresponsive staff

The couch in our room had crumbed all over it, leaving me to believe it wasn’t vacuumed. Staff didn’t care no lights in the room except for by the door have to use a flashlight to go to the back room where the bunkbeds are and final lamp in the corner and pull a chain cord no can lights in the ceiling

Unsafe for kids

The couch in our room had crumbs all over it when we walked in, so we know it wasn’t cleaned well. there’s only a light by the door. We had to use a flashlight to find our way to the back of the room to a lamp to pull a chain on a cord no lights in the ceiling. There was a crazy homeless person at the pool, swearing F words the top of his lungs the for hours and we saw another person from the parking lot come in and go swimming that wasn’t staying there when I told the front desk they didn’t run them off and he was still there that evening and the next morning we couldn’t let our kids out of the room to use the pool. No security or cameras that work and the staff at the time allowed it we had to check out and find a room somewhere else for the next night
