Over booked blamed Expedia … has to book another room on the spot at another hotel… the thing is I called a head of time before I spent a few hours driving to Sacramento. I felt the desk staff was rude in their delivery of the news and did not even make an effort to win my future business. So about the call a head of time the desk staff said they had nothing to do with the reservation staff who answers the phone, but that makes no sense because they told me the type of room I had… it’s one thing to blame Expedia but another when it’s your actual team that works for you. I’ve stayed at this hotel before the best thing about it is it’s location why I picked this hotel but the hotel is old and dated.. the hotel I end up booking which was about the same rate was much better… thank you AC Hotel by Marriott

Perfectly located to experience downtown, Old Town, and the Capital mall area. Easy on and off the freeway. Very convenient to the airport. Good parking deal. I have stayed here several times. It is not “the ritz” but it has worked perfectly for me every time. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient.

It was a really great experience. My partner and i stayed only one night, but overall i love and do plan on coming back again. The pool felt great, staff was amazing and was always helpful, great views, rooms were clean and cozy. The best thing was that everyone is within walking distance to the hotel. We walked over to the DOCO and also to Sutter Health Park, and it was great!
