Oh my god where do I start I walked into the front desk and the girl that was sitting there or was sitting there with her baby girl and then there was a guy sleeping on a chair and I decided to ask her to show me the room and when we set foot into the elevator it smell like a urine. I know the girl at the front desk is a mom doing her job but that location is completely unsafe and the fact that there was just some random guy sleeping in the lobby and she was like asking him to get out so she could close the door so she can leave her baby in the office is just be on me.

There were no blankets on the bed. The a/c-heater was noisy and there was homeless people in the parking lot. The girl in the front office was very friendly and helpful though.

Disgusting place.
This establishment was run down and very dirty. The room had such a horrible smell that i ended up booking a different accommodation and left. The room was dirty was excessively stained sheets and bedding.

The hotel needs upgrade and deep clean or charge less. The pictures are from when they first opened, a very long time ago. I arrived at 10pm and no one was around or picked up when I called 5 times. By the time someone came, I was wet and cold and there were 3 of us waiting to check in. The office reeked of marijuana, the elevator urine and the room smelled of cigarettes. The floor was sticky, no toilet paper, no soap, stained comforter, towels and curtains. I chose this location because it’s .3 miles from Omni volleyball and I thought we could walk back between games but the sketchy neighborhood and people hanging outside were too scary. There is a full size fridge that was clean, stove top, microwave and kitchen sink but I’m not sure if any of them worked as I didn’t need them. Nice size tv with many channels. I wish I read the reviews before booking a non refundable room. No roaches though, otherwise I would’ve definitely left. Lots of power outlets. The double bolts worked well and I appreciated the heavy chair that I placed behind the door with my luggage.

I requested a refund and was refunded. This place is unsafe, in deplorable condition and should NOT be rented for any amount of money. Extremely dirty, not maintained and a total disaster. Sketchy people hanging out all over. Even the elevator was dirty. There were broken glass, dirt and trash on the floor.

Not very safe or clean for the price
Overall condition of hotel is very poor. Appears that a lot of lower income people live there full time. There was a pile of trash on a staircase that remained there for 2 out of the three days. A lot of homeless people around property. People sitting outside in the hallways smoking as you pass by to the broken staircase doors.
