Vaket, check-in & room were good. Toilet handle in room 902 needs tightening & msin door needs lubrication, lol. Very loud when opening & closing. It's still a 10/10 facility everything within walking distance.

Ciustomer service excellent!! There was a picture in the bathroom the glass was cracked all the way across. The conditioner dispenser in the shower was broken. There was 1 roll of toilet paper half used no backup.

Management was great when helping us with a situation that the front desk staff could not. Food in the restaurant was very high quality. Our room could have used a little bit of Maintenance work, some things are not being kept on top of but overall very clean. Really appreciated the refrigerator.
