It was clean, quiet and just what we needed. The fridge was a little too small but other than that it was nice. There really isn’t many food choices super close but there is within 5 minutes. The bed was comfy and would stay here again.

The run was clean. There were no instructing on internet nor a pad of paper or pen. No information on the atea etc. Room was clean but hallways had stains (puke??)... numerous... did not appear the common areas were cleaned/ cared for like the rooms.

Easy check in, comfortable room (spacious and clean) and bed (fluffy and soft). Good breakfast with enough options to satisfy. Room for improvement: Didn’t understand why the hotel would charge for parking (rural US, plenty of land/space, no competing parking pressures, and no alternative means of getting to hotel other than a car) but they comped it, so very appreciative of that. The shower area is designed such that water gets out of the shower area and all over the floor of the sink area. Hyatt is a large chain and I would expect a higher level of architectural/design know-how than what was put in place.

First time but won’t be my last time!

This place was awesome. I got a free upgrade to the studio suite via my Hotels membership and I gotta tell you it’s worth it. It’s roomier, you get a full kitchen, nice bathroom, and a large couch. Check in was easy, front desk guy Andrew was hella cool. Be nice to the staff even if mistakes happen, don’t be that guy.

Staff are wonderful!! Breakfast is good and room was clean and convenient. There were bikes to rent! And parking was convenient and safe. Unfortunately one side (facing highway) was noisy. TV didn’t work well (some channels intermittently worked which was frustrating). All in all 8.5/10!

Love this hotel!

This is our 2nd time staying here and it was as excellent as the first time. Outstanding service, friendly staff, above and beyond cleanliness not only in the room but throughout the hotel, spacious room. The only one complaint I have is that they did not have a frying pan for my needs but it wasn't a deal breaker. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. One suggestion if i may, please add waffles or pancakes to the breakfast; other than that, great breakfast.

Great little hotel. Very clean and modern. Staff was nice and helpful. Not walkable to campus or downtown which is what I would have preferred but not a big deal either. Area is nice and quiet, despite being next to the highway. Overall, a great stay.
