Illegal ADA practices! I stayed in the ADA accessible master suite. It was large and comfortable for me and my daughter. I use a mobility aid/wheelchair. Disability parking was available yet m I noticed each evening there was a different car parked in the disability hashed area that is reserved/no parking to allow people with disabilities the additional space to enter/exit their vehicles. I went to notify the front desk at 5:39am as the car parked illegally was blocking my way as I had to take my kid to the airport. The car was removed upon my return approximately 15 mins later. Worker admitted that staff suggests guests park there when the lot is full! So illegal! Great play stay stay and very convenient to airport. Wheelchair users beware of parking accesses issue!

The hotel staff were very friendly! Parking was easy to find and it felt secure. Now the room itself was dirty. There was white crusties on the floor in a few different spots and the bathroom had pee on the wall and floor.

I really enjoyed my stayed here, everything was clean and modernized. All the staffs were helpful and friendly. I needed to check in early, although I wasn’t able to, they still try to accommodate me by taking/checking in my luggages while I go out to explore. I will definitely be back again. Thank you all for making my stay a comfortable one.

Simply put, there was no stay. The hotel said we had no reservation in our names and had to look for lodging elsewhere. Very frustrating as we always use Hotels.com for our business, and we use this particular hotel to stay at. They were not friendly about it or accommodating in any way!!!

The shuttle to pick us up was terribly late. I had to call 4 times to finally get a hold of the front desk to send a shuttle to pick us up. Got put on hold twice for 5 minutes each. They kept saying that they run every 30 mins but that was a lie. Why wouldn't you send it as soon as someone calls to pick up to spend the night in your hotel?
