This property is so nice! The staff are exceptional. The valet parking is wonderful and makes parking not stressful at all. Our room was 40 minutes late being ready and the staff accommodated and made up for this in multiple ways. The room was spacious and super clean. I would definitely recommend this property.

Stayed here the night before Thanksgiving to catch up with friends before heading to the family. The location of the hotel is great! Right in the heart of midtown - able to walk to restaurants, bars / clubs, etc. The hotel itself is super cute! The front desk team was very nice. The room was also super nice. Spacious. Nice shower. Well decorated. We were only there for a night, but I would have felt comfortable staying for a few nights (and kinda wish we did!) Parking was easy. It was a holiday night, so we parked literally across the street for free (it has meters but they were turned off because of the holiday). The price was budget friendly and reasonable. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back!!!

First stay at Hyatt House Sacramento/Midtown. Booked room through Expedia. Check in date 12/6 was my birthday. Check in went good with Cosmo provided excellent service. However when we checked in our room 405, the lights over the sofa were not working. Called front desk to report, Paul, hotel engineer came and checked offered to move to another room, as the light could not be fixed at that time. Moved next door to 407. same room, Paul had our bags taken to the new room, as we requested. Breakfast in Sky Lounge was good and very filling , however did not get the opportunity enjoy Happy Hour on Friday as there was a private party.

Check in took a little longer than expected. We were bummed that the Star lounge was closed for an event so we had to figure out food options late in the night making it hard. We did get to experience the lounge for breakfast which was great. Cool environment.
