I was robbed, threatened, and my vehicle windows were smashed in and all my stuff was stolen. I had to go to the police station and file a report. I did not have any of my info or money and so I called the hotel to try and cancel for a refund and they said NO. I even had the police report and all my documents to show them. There was not a care in the world about my terrible accident. NEVER doing business with Hyatt!!!

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was good, better than most breakfasts I’ve had at other hotels, except the fake bacon. We would stay there again.

The check in was very good. We had lost our luggage and it was sent to the hotel. They had it securely locked up and required identification to claim in. We also checked in a little early and our room was ready and very clean.

The place was a wonderful place. Hotel was clean and staff were super nice. My only issue was about booking. When we booked it said free breakfast and there was no option to select or add breakfast. When we came to the hotel they said that we have to pay for breakfast and it wasn’t included in our reservation.

Hotel was clean, rooms modern but that is the only positives. I know it’s not the hotels responsibility, or maybe it is, but the other people staying here were outrageously loud. A lot of people acted like this was their personal home, just sprawled out with so much personal stuff around the common areas. There would be wheeled baskets full of personal belongs just everywhere. Kids running around and bumping into you like we were in their backyard but nope, in the lobby. I saw so many people just walking around in towels…that’s it. All day and all night you could hear people running up and down the really long hallways. You could hear EVERYTHING through the floors and walls. Parking is a nightmare. There was an event at the hotel on one of the nights and the visitors took up all the spaces so we couldn’t even park at the hotel. Driving around the area there were so many other hotels that looked calm, halfway full parking lots and I wish I would have booked elsewhere but usually always enjoyed a Hyatt. Just so loud and busy there, no relaxation at all.
