Close to the tournament we were attending. New, modern. Breakfast was good except the potatoes that were very overcooked. Our sink was a little slow to drain. Good outside lighting.

pros: close to Davis campus . cons: facility is a bot outdated ,the walls don't do much to block noise from the other rooms, I could hear people walking , moving around , and the sound of plumbing ,which made it hard to have a good sleep.

For some reason, they couldn’t find our reservation, but when they finally did, we had to wait to get a room even though we had checked in online hours prior. I paid a lot of money for this room and it was dirty. There were disgusting stains on the carpet and hair on the bathroom floor. There was no shower gel in the shower. The container was empty and there was no soap by the sink. The refrigerator in the room made a high-pitched whiny sound that made it impossible to sleep through. At my request, the staff did shut off the refrigerator. This hotel is not worth the money and not up to the standard of the Hyatt name.

THE HOTEL IS CLEAN AND STAFF VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. BREAKFAST IS DECENT, BUT ITS A HIT AND MISS SOMEDAYS ITS BETTER THAN OTHERS. OVERALL, I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD CONSIDER STAYING HERE AGAIN WHEN VISITING DAVIS.
