The Hotel room prices are overpriced. And during my 3 night stay, they missed a day in cleaning the room completely, and I had to call them to get me some towels at night, since I was out all day the room cleaning option was not available at that time of the evening.

The room we stayed at was not up to par at all. Mold in the bathroom, paint above shower was chipping/falling into the shower. The A/C in the room did not even work while we stayed there. Area around the property stunk like garbage/sewage.

For the money we spent definitely not worth it. Very depressing hallways super dark. All night can hear people talking and dropping things . And valet ruined our vehicle rim and didn’t want to even give us an incident report. Never going back. Definitely all the money spent for the worst stay.

Hyatt is ALWAYS worth the money
Wonderful. The staff were kind and amazing. We were close to everything we needed and hardly even had to leave our hotel for anything other than our concert because they had EVERYTHING. Clean, convenient. I always choose Hyatt.
