I really like the Hotel, and Would come back in a minute on my next trip through Sacramento. My only complaint is when towels get thin take them out of service, kind of hard to get dry after a shower. This is nothing that would keep me from coming back.

This hotel either needs to be updated or looked over. It does not rank in an upscale level as it did in the past. I was left not wanting to stay here again. I thought this was the best, but I am mistaken.

Nice Hotel but Front Desk lacking

This is a great Hotel to stay at if you are going to a show at SAFE Credit Union Conv Ctr. It's basically across the street from the venue. The rooms are clean and modern. The bed is comfortable. The bar is nice with some good food available. My only rub is the check in wasn't that great. The clerk wasn't very personable and offered no information about the restaurants or amenities. In fact it was hard to get much information about these things when we called the front desk later.
