Everything was fine except one of your employees was very rude to my sister. Because she asked for coffee. She was the one being rude. She spoke low so the people at front desk couldn’t heat her.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the rooms were comfortable. The downside was the staff — they were rude and not helpful at all. If you just need a clean place to stay, it works, but don’t expect good service

The hotel itself is nice, clean, and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. Unfortunately, the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, which took away from the overall experience. It’s a good place to stay if you value cleanliness, but be prepared for disappointing service

Staff was very professional and accommodating. Our room was very nice and spacious. We even had a sitting room with couch next to our king bed. The bathroom and shower was very nice as well..
