Staff is Very Professional
While I worked in the lobby for nearly 6 hours, I really got to understand how hard everyone works here. I used to assume that the check in receptionist was an easy gig because all you had to do was check people in. I was so wrong. The reception desk was constantly busy and the staff had to politely kick someone out for smoking. The other guest really wanted to get angry, but the receptionist was Sooo polite that the guest was super calm about it. He collected his stuff and left. I was so impressed about the staff’s ability to handle stressful situations. My room and hotel was clean, but dated.

It was an ok stay for us. The rooms were nice but sound of the freeway was loud. Also the view outside our room and around bathe property was homeless people and or their mess. Parking lot was a little dark very little lighting.

Room was quite small we have never had a small room like it. There was like an inch gap under the door that let light in at night and hear everyone walking and talking. The area seemed safe.

We’ve stayed at this location twice to attend volleyball tournaments in the area. It was all we needed. Staff is super nice and remembered us from our first trip. This was a nice touch. The only thing that we had issue with was the fact that the shower had very low water pressure when it was on warm so my boys were not able to wash their hair

Got up at 630 and my shower had no water. Called and they had no solution to the problem. Breakfast was super minimal. Not many options. Disappointed in comparison to other breakfast.
