The hotel is convenient to Kaiser Roseville, which is why I chose it. I expected a typical breakfast room, hot coffee & a place to sit for a bit. The grab & go option threw me, and felt like a throw-back to 2020. That was the feeling that I got about the whole experience..they kept the pandemic rules, which is more cost effective for them, not a pleasant experience for guests. Disappointing to me. The building is dark and feels a little worn. I’d choose another option next time. However, I accidentally did leave my Bible in the room, and was so thankful for being notified promptly & arranging a return if my property. Vicki & other front desk staff were great! Thank you

First room they gave us smelled like an ashtray and wasn’t the king suite we had reserved. Second room was not the suite either. Third room WAS the king suite- no balcony- on the side of constant traffic. Had to turn on background noise just to sleep. Rooms are old- tile in kitchen cracked. Carpets downstairs hallways were buckling and a safety hazard. Used to always stay here business- need to find a new go to hotel in Roseville.
