The picture and description of property was not Sacramento!!!! It was Roseville. Our room was dirty and did not have the room I booked. E Peggy was very helpful and changed our room to another but it still was iffy. The property was miss represented on Expedia.

The clerk at check in was not friendly. I had requested ahead of time a quiet room on the top floor. She automatically gave me a second floor room. I then asked to change it to the third floor, thinking it was the top floor.,It was until we settled in that I realized someone was above us. Other than that, the other staff were friendly. The bed was good with the pillows being lumpy. Breakfast was ok as I made oatmeal in the room microwave.

This was my second stay at this hotel in Sacramento. Both times I asked the front desk personnel for a wake up call in the following morning, and in both stays, I never received any wake up calls. Also, the refrigerator in the room was really noisy during the night and it was hard to sleep.

Good stay
Overall a good stay, stayed there in a 1 night stay for a golfing trip with family our room was spacious with a kitchen and full fridge for cold storage big bathroom space, not sure if it was only our room but the rest our families rooms had plushy beds ours could have been a bit better but anyways we slept good, definitely will be staying there again if need be.

Sacramento Hidden Gem
The Hotel was a bit of a hidden gem. It was tucked away in the back, very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
