Homeless people everywhere inside the property and sleeping in their cars horrible smoked on the sidewalk and got charged for smoking and didn't get my deposit back

Lucy was great! The two dayshift personnel were nice at first but became very mean. Things they said they would do they didn't. I waited 30 minutes to check. I was given a chair to sit outside and wait until 3:00 pm to check in. I had a stroke which affects my metal & walking abilities. The young got me the chair and said he would come and get me at 3. Never did that happen. I walked with my cane to the office and asked them why I wasn't given chance to check & I was told they were busy. If no one can check in until 3 why did I wait 37 minutes & had to go to the office to find out why. I was attending my brother's Memorial Service to to him dying of cancer.

Rm 107

The unit 107 the tv static the entire time and the sink was clogged water didn't drain and there was a odor in the room as if the plumbing was bad. But beats stayin on the street

The room had a wired smell and motel did not provide shampoo only bar soap. The AC unit also was noisy. On the plus side the wifi works.
