OK I guess

Two things 1: there is no USB ports at least in our room so one must bring a wall adapter for your electronics 2: the door frame needs to be fixed during the day you could see light shining through cracks where the wall meets the door frame.

Basic and terrible breakfast

It’s very basic: this extends to the breakfast provided, which, frankly, they might as well not provide it. There is insufficient toiletries, the front desk person provides the most basic of services, and so on. Basically the only saving grace is its location, if you are looking to be close to convention center

I thought being near the conference center it would have more class to it . The services was okay or limited and the condition seems to need a upgrade no real issues besides a dog barking at some parts of the day well secured you have to tap through a gate to get to upper floors which is great do to a great homeless population in the area

Few issues in room. One might stand drawer had no handle. Shower was extremely slippery, I fell. Saved by wall handle. Need of updating, many ceiling cracks over shower.

There was a hole in the bathroom door. Rug looked like it had never been cleaned or vacuumed. Huge stain in carpet when you first walked in. Front desk was really nice. Easy check-in and it was fast.

The parking was great staff very nice, Room was beet up and terrible. there were chips in the furniture room seemed to not be clean we would not walk on the floor without slippers or shoes on. This room needs an upgrade.

Breakfast was free but there weren’t too many food options. I also had a late flight back and needed to do something with my luggage for a couple hours after the 11am checkout time, but the hotel told me they don’t store luggage, and I had to pay a good deal to extend the checkout time. It was also odd and frustrating that when I went down to the front desk around normal checkout time trying to figure all this out, at first the door was locked and no one was at the front desk to let me in. I had to wait for a while until finally the guy opened the door for me.

It was a decent motel experience. It was cleaner than I expected. The front desk experience was lackluster. The air conditioner was off, which reflected a cheap attitude towards customer service. Nobody was present for checkout.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Safeco convention center where our church conference was taking place. The hotel has free parking, and we could just walk to the center. There were many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The breakfast was simple but adequate for our purposes.

Adequate with a Few Issues

Room was clean and comfortable, although it would have been nice if there was a living room type chair to relax in. Room service every morning was great. The toilet paper holder was broken, but other than that everything worked. Would have been nice to have a larger television. Continental breakfasts were below average. Parking for my Bronco with a rooftop tent was difficult but doable. Weeknights were quiet. But weekend nights were not. The thumping base from the loud music being played at the bar across the street, which started sometime after 10:00 PM and didn't end until almost 2:00 in the morning, made it difficult to sleep.
