more than decent buffet, cranky front desk

driving into the property, it felt like google maps made a mistake but it was just in an odd location behind a strip mall. breakfast was more than decent. the lady that works ij the cafeteria was AWESOME! super helpful, friendly, and hardworking. we arrived pretty late (around midnight) and the front desk lady was not happy. she made me feel like i was inconveniencing her!

I was impressed that this hotel actually was better than the photos. It seems to be a converted apartment complex, so our unit has everything we needed at home. The cleanliness was top tier in every aspect of the space for my two kids to freely roam. Front desk service was great and the breakfast was excellent.

I booked thru Expedia and had to cancel my stay due to a family funeral. I spoke to two front desk employees who confirmed my cancelation and waived all penalties, but said I needed to call Expedia.
